1. Requisition submitted on 28/12/17 at counter no 21 imphal branch for updating new registeted mobile no. For account no. [protected] is yet to activate. All online transactions has been hampered due to none receive of otp in the new mobile number.
2. All otp via sms is going to the old mobile no. Which is a security hazards. Old no. Has been surrendered due to technical problems. Hence old rmn was to be deleted from bank database and activate the new mobile no without delay which is showing as pending under status of request.
3. During kyc submission in november 2017 also the new mobile no. And email id. Was mentioned for necessary updating but not yet done.
4. Contacted help desk of sbi explained everything as above but it was of no use. Personaly visited bank several time for follow up action but not useful.
It's totally a harassment to a bonafide customer. Due to inefficiency/inactivity of bank official/system i have been suffered a huge monitery loss. The case may be escalate to higher and appropriate authoroty
