State Bank Of India [SBI] — not getting the refund amount | |
Sir/mam I ordered a book 'indian and world geography' worth ₹ 313 on amazon on 20 june 2017 but due to some reason i cancelled my order. As expected a refund of ₹313 was initiated by amazon to my account on 23 june 2017. But i have not received the refund yet. I was also provided a reference number i. E.959603 for my complaint reference. Despite calling amazon and sbi many times my problem hasn't been resolved. At last i was advised to charge a online dispute for getting my problem solved.
