State Bank Of India [SBI] — not opening sukanya yojana account

Sir, i go to state bank of india (Mushari branch) to open sukanya yojna account.
But after five months of veryfying kyc details, when i go to bank to collect my paper and passbook, staff of the bank said came tommorrow, nextday and other day to come. I am going to bank continously five months.
