State Bank Of India [Sbi] — not received amazon refund of rs 315 after a month

My name is faraz rizvi s/o perveen husain and I had ordered a product of RS.(315)(kashmiri lal mirch order no[protected] in Amazon on (01/09/2019) & I returned this order due to personal reasons. And on (7/09/2019) Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number (217731) and told me to fill the charge dispute form but Indian Bank doesn't have such a policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My card number is [[protected]].
