State Bank Of India [SBI] — not receiving otp on my registration mobile phone

Address:UTTERSOO, Anantnag, Jammu and Kashmir, 192201

I am user of sbi internet banking and i have registered my personal jio mobile phone for getting high security password in the bank branch almost two years ago around, till now i never got any otp through that mobile number. I have complained in my nearest branch two times but couldn't help to fix the odd, now i hope you will provide any source to fix my otp issue
