State Bank Of India [SBI] — not receiving the my money

Dear, Sir/Medam
I visited the ATM branch name Bhagwandas Darbhanga Tran. no. S1N[protected] and i was about to receive the money with amount of 6000 RS I entered my card into the ATM and chose 6000 RS, later i received my ATM card but i could not receive the amount, I waited there a lot but there was no result and i received the sms that i have received 6000 RS From my account. and in actual i received no amount, so now i want to know that how can i get my money.
and its highly to mention that the money receiving date in SBI Account shows 14/10/2018 and i received the email via GMAIL that the money has been received on 13/10/2018 at 3:32 pm
