Sir, on 06/10/2017, i have submitted kyc form alongwith an application for updating of my current address and conversion of saving account into salary account but when i reached at sbi branch on 16/10/2017 to know the status, branch manager has informed me no changes have been made yet. On request he assured me that the kyc will be updated by end of the day but that day also passed but the kyc is still pending by their end. Hence, i am requesting you to solve the issue and stop harasing the valuable customers
