State Bank Of India [SBI] — online netbanking payment not remitted to e-frro | |||
Dear sir / madam, I (Vitalis ikenna chukwuike, visa appl. No: 200320v004fw) want to use this medium to inform you that i made a payment of rs 18000, via online netbanking on the sbi portal on e-frro website through my online indian bank account and it showed successful and the amount deducted from my account since 02.04.2020 transaction ref no: [protected]. But till today (08/04/2020) my e-frro log in site is still showing payment requested. I have contacted my indian bank and they confirmed successful transfer of the amount to sbi.
