State Bank Of India [SBI] — online payment done by card payment

I had made an online payment on 22/12/2017 in favour of freecharge but the transaction failed. The amount of rs 1238 was deducted from my account but not credited to freecharge account. I filed my complain with both the parties but both of them are not giving my money. The money has to be with one party but both the party is refusing to give my money. There should be some kind of mechanism to ensure where exactly the money is. Please look into the matter.

Suddenly i received message it stated like "Rs 147.50 has debited".

I deposit Rs-15000/- on 24.02.18 at tirupati Andhra Pradesh in cash deposit machine of SBI .Cash received 15000/- but cash not credited to A/c No:[protected]

Dear sir,
My branch is pachora with branch code - 00441. The bank charge me a annual fee charge Rs. 206.50 on 25 Feb. 2018. but I am not using any credit card or other card except debit card to charge me a annual fee.
Please refund my money as early as possible. And take necessary action on it.
