State Bank Of India [SBI] — otp not receiving.. so unable to make any transaction in sbi

From 12.03.2018 i am not receiving otp in my registered mobile number. I have complained many times through sbi's toll free number. They just registered a complain and generate a ticket number and told me that the problem will be resolved within 3 working days. But problem not solved. So i again complain the same online and also generated a ticket number. But in vain. So i visited my branch chandikhole (Branch code-4398) and updated my kyc etc. I also complain about the otp. They also told me that the problem will be solved within 24 hours. But in vain. I am facing a lot of problem and unable to make any transaction.

Money in my account has been deducted as lien amount yesterday (13/04/18) without any notification or reason.
Providing the fact that There is no loans or debts linked to my account.
And in internet banking, one international transaction I've recently done is not shown. Please fix as soon as possible.
