State Bank Of India [SBI] — pmay clss subsidy not received

I borrowed a home loan of 25lakhs from sbi ramachandrapuram hyderabad Branch code is 10689 on march 2018 under pmay-clss scheme. However, its been long back since then but there is no update from bank side on the current status of my pmay application, no subsidy has been disbursed yet. They are not even in a position to share assessment number of my pmay application, they said it has not been shared with them by the government. So they are helpless on this.

Yes even Axis Bank doing same, they have submitted application from me twice but not ready to give information of any.
