[Resolved]  State Bank Of India [SBI] — Railway refund through card system not transferred

Dear Sir,

I cancelled my train tickets on[protected] and the scanned image of the refund ticket is attached below.

I am yet to get the refund amounts that are supposed to be credited to my ICICI bank account through the Card Scheme.
My bankers reply that there are no refund amounts transferred by SBI
