State Bank Of India [SBI] — refund from amazon is not credited by bank

Amazon has given refund to me on 25th of october 2018 with reference id.[protected] is not credited to my account till date. Please do the needful asap. As they instructed they have made payment to my account but is not reflected in as it's pending by bank side. I here by attaching two numbers of pictures which stating that they have made my refund from their side.
So i kindly request you to credit my refund to my account asap.

When I withdrawal amount from chuadanga bazar Nadia wb ATM, amount not received rs 500 but debited from my account bal on date 01 Nov 18. Kindly refund my amount into my account as early as possible. I Hope sbi help me .

As I don't able to login Buddy to use my balance. As SBI going to shutdown the buddy, and I have also been mailed to [protected]@sbi.co.in at least four times since last week, but no reply or resolution in the matter.
