I have a smart payout prepaid card of SBI bank. By that card i purchased petrol on[protected], which was a failed transaction. Even though my card was debited by Rs. 400/- That transaction has been confirmed as unsatteled by the bank but i have not received the refund amount yet. please manage for the refund. thanks. name: mainendrasingh u sengar acc. no.
