Dear sir I am irctc account using train ticket bookings. Some problems are ticket cancellation 7th may 2018 refund 3-4 days add your account then message but no many days are no refunds sir please transfer my money sir

My payment was deducted for aldo now they refund my amount but the sbi put it on hold and the transaction id is [protected]
