State Bank Of India [SBI] — Refund my money

I ranbir singh. Having an a/c in the sbi branch at bahadurgarh railway road (000743) jhajjar - haryana, pin-124507 a/c no [protected]
When i tried to pos machine to transfer rs 2600/- and also rs 1000/- from my a/c to another a/c on 2.12.2016 around 04.20 to 4.40 pm
My sbi card shows transaction declined everytime. At the time i recieved any reciept of transaction failed and no. 41092372 from the pos machine.
But when i checked the balance from the internate banking after that balance was deducted from my a/c.

Ir i have already given the complain to the sbi costumer care but till now no any reply come not the money.
