State Bank Of India [SBI] — Refund not credited in bank account | |||||
I was purchased items from www.amazon.in on 20th jan2017 through SBI debit card. then i was returned items and amazon.in has initiated refund. Refund was initiated on 23 jan 2017. But till now amount is not credited in my bank account. When i call amazon customer care they told that they have already processed the refund and provided transaction reference number and advised to call bank. When i contacted SBI customer they said that they have no idea about this and cant help. Kindly look into the matter and solve it. Was this information helpful? | |||||
