[Resolved]  State Bank Of India [SBI] — refund not credited to sbi bank account

Ordered a prestige platina frypan for rs 1399 on 6th august 2019 and returned it on 19th august 2019 due to some problems. The amount was successfully processed by amazon. It has been 18days but the amount is not credited in my bank account. The amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now but i have not received the refund till now. I have called the sbi customer service but did not get any help. I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund. Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund
