State Bank Of India [Sbi] — refund not received in my bank account

I purchased one item of worth Rs. 4700 through Amazon and returned it back. Amazon sent me one mail regarding refund by mentioning that refund was processed successfully on 6/13/2019. The amount should reflect in your account by 6/20/2019.
The Refund Reference Number for the transaction is[protected].
I didn’t receive any refund in my account as of 6/24/2019. Hence I called Amazon customer service for help they told me contact SBI help centre as only my bank will be able to provide me with the information why the refund is not yet reflected in my account. I contacted them but when they heard that refund is coming from Amazon they clearly told me that they couldn’t help me to track anything with the reference no so ask me to contact Amazon.
So in this situation feeling really helpless. Please help.
