Sir, I had returned a product of amazon on 13th november and had received a note of refund initiated as well as issued from amazon but still money has not been credited in my bank account. I have received a reference number from amazon which is :[protected] So according to amazon the problem is with the bank process. I am attaching the refund initiated message of amazon with this.
