Sir,
I'am mushtaque ahmed khan. I had paid "passport fee" of rs. 1500/- via online payment on 26.09.2018 and another payment of rs. 1500/- on 28.09.2018. Both the times, the amounts were deducted from account. But, due to online failure, the amount so deducted was not credited to the account of "passport office". The other relevant details are as under:
