Sir, I'am mushtaque ahmed khan. I had paid "passport fee" of rs. 1500/- via online payment on 26.09.2018 and another payment of rs. 1500/- on 28.09.2018. Both the times, the amounts were deducted from account. But, due to online failure, the amount so deducted was not credited to the account of "passport office".
