State Bank Of India [SBI] — regarding refund which is initiated through amazon | |||
My name is hemant and i had ordered product of rs 1075 (Inalsa polo mixer grinder) in amazon on 25 dec 2019 and cancelled on same date due to personal reason. And on 27 dec 2019 amazon initiated the refund amount to my upi but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this refund reference number #[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but state bank of india doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.
