[Resolved]  State Bank Of India [SBI] — Regarding wrong upi transaction

I would want to transfer my money from State Bank of India to indian post payments bank, through paytm. I have accounts in both bank but due to wrong upi id my money is transferred to wrong person of same name as mine in Indian post payments bank account o[censored]nknown person. Even i don't know about that person and i can't reach. I have also approached my home branch but they denied to do something. I have also contacted paytm customer helpline but they said that paytm is only a medium for transaction, so we can't help regarding this. My transaction date is 23-feb-2021.

My money is credited in my bank account and I'm thankful to sbi who helped me lot to bring back my money.
