State Bank Of India [SBI] — request a refund of the amount debited for failed debit card transaction

Address:Salem, Tamil Nadu, 636001

My a/c has been debited an amount of rs.500 towards a payment in a merchant site of chennai metro (Powered by bank of baroda). I used my debit card to pay. But the transaction is not successful and the amount isn't been refunded yet.

Kindly help me to get my refund as soon as possible.
