Hello! I have applied for fresh passport on 30th oct 2017 at 11:50 p. M and i have made payment of inr 1513.35 using my bank of india account number [protected]. At that time payment was failed and the amount was deducted from my account. So, i'd like request you to refund my money in my account. Application reference number 17-[protected] Given name chandni rameshbhai sagpareeya Transaction date 30th oct 2017 at 11:50 p. M Here in attached file (My bank account statement) black box displays the failed transaction and till not refunded to my account where green box displays the successful transaction. P. S - i repay the fees for passport on 2nd november 2017 to proceed further my passport application. Hoping to hear from you soon!
