State Bank Of India [SBI] — rude behaviour of bank employee | |||
I went to the indrapuri branch of sbi bank this morning to deposit a cheque in my father's account. The cheque deposit machine was not accepting my cheque so i asked for help from a sbi employee miss/mrs. Nidhi singh. I told her the problem but instead of helping me she discourteously replied that i should have brought a cheque that is not folded. With due respect i told her that when i received the cheque it was already folded. Then she sent a man with me to help me insert my cheque in the machine. But the machine rejected the cheque again. The man went to miss/mrs. Nidhi singh to bring the keys of the machine. At that time, miss/mrs. Nidhi very arrogantly and insolently said "kahaan se aa jaate hain aise dehaati log!". It was a dishonourable, ill-mannered, unprofessional behaviour. I felt humiliated. No person, educated or uneducated, has a right to degrade other people for no reason. It is not tolerable at all. A strong action should be taken against that employee.
