[Resolved]  State Bank Of India [SBI] — sbi cards not accepting my request

Dear sir,
My name is raj shekhar, i am residing in mumbai maharasthra i have taken a credit card from sbi cards salesman/girl in big bazaar mall.

After recieving my sbi credit card i used that for first time for flight ticket booking on 12 months emi mode from paytm (One97 communication) on 05/01/2020.

After entering all the details of my sbi credit card when i hit the pay button instantly i recieved sms on my sbi cards registered number that 7846/-rs is debited from my sbi credit card and then paytm goes in a buffering mode due to slow net connectivity or sbi cards server issue so i let it buffer for arround a hour because i did not want to press back button or refresh button so i leave that in buffering mode after 1 hour i got a message on paytm app that transaction failed and booking was unsucessfull.

I immidiately informed sbi cards customer care executive and i also raised a dispute transaction in my sbi cards app and i also shared the screenshot of failed transaction with them.

And then i informed the paytm as well and they said don't worry your money will returned in the card by which i make the payment of rs. 7846/- in 7 working days.

So i have to book the flight ticket because i have to travel so i again contact sbi cards customer care and asked them wheather i can use my card again to book flight ticket in 12 months emi mode and the executive of sbi cards said yes you can then i asked him what about the 1st failed transaction then he said that don't worry it will come back in my card and the emi of failed transaction will not billed in the monthly statement.

After talking to him i agian booked a flight ticket from paytm on the same day 05/01/2020 after few hours of the same amount of rs. 7846/- in the 12 months emi mode and this time my transaction was sucessfull and my ticket has been booked sucessfully and again 7846/-rs debited from my sbi credit card.

On the next day 06/01/2020 of failed and sucessfull transaction which is 05/01/2020 the paytm (One97 communication) returned the whole amount of rs. 7846/- in my sbi card back after that i am very relaxed and waiting for my sbi credit card monthly statement for paying the emi of my sucessfull transaction which i have done 2nd time from the same card from which my 1st transaction is failed as i said earlier above.

But when my monthly statement generated on 10/01/2020 and recieved in mail at 9:00pm at night so i opened it and i saw that there are two emi's billed in the statement one for the failed transaction and second for the sucessfull transaction.

I immidiately contacted the sbi cards customer care executive on 11/01/2020 and informed him the whole scenario and he said don't worry sir i will cancel your emi and logged my emi cancelation request and the executive said that it will take few days.

On 15/01/2020 i got a sms from sbi cards that emi cancelation request is not sucessfull i again immidiately called sbi cards customer care executive and again told him the whole scenario and told him to log a request again for emi cancelation request.

After that i again called sbi cards customer care executive on 17/01/2020 because i want to know the status of emi cancelation request and agian told the executive the whole scenario and asked him what is the status then executive said that still it is not canceled i asked why it is so then he told me it was not properly created the request by the previous executive and he told me that he is going to create new log for the emi cancelation request and promised me that this time emi will cancel 100% don't worry sir and said wait for 15 days and then i said ok and hang up the call.

On 09/02/2020 i think lets check wheather my emi cancelation request is sucessfully done or not because on the next day means today on 10/02/2020 second statement will generate so i called sbi cards customer care executive and told him again the whole scenario from i went to and asked him what is the status and the sbi cards exexcutive told me it is still not canceled i asked him frustatly why it is so then he said he dont know and said he cannot help me with this regard and told me to mail the sbi cards on thier official mail and hanged up the call without informing me.

And today 10/02/2020 at approx 9:00pm i got my second statement of my sbi credit card and when i opened it i saw again two emi's billed one for the failed transaction and second for the sucessfull transaction.

I requesr you to please help me they are harrashing me mentaly kindly please help me to resolve this matter...
