State Bank Of India [SBI] — sbi credit card dispute dated 25/12/2018
*subject:sbi credit card transaction dispute.*
On 25/12/2019 suddenly i got sms stating 37800 rs. Merchant name prince bawarchi hyderabad transaction is done but due to insufficient credit limit transaction got declined then next transaction done of 1000 rs and transaction got complete then next transaction done of 17000 but declined due to insufficient then next transaction debited of 9000 rs then immediately i called up sbi card and blocked my card then again i got sms 12000 rs transaction done but declined due to blocked.
1) total limit in my card is 50000/- which i already used around 48190 is that time my credit limit was 1810 so how 1000 & 9000 transaction completed without my concern how sbi increased my limit and now they charged me on overlimit.
So next day i went my local police station they said go to cyber cell navi mumbai & inform them they will take necessary action so accordingly i went there and registered compliant on 26/12/2018 and they said to inform you local police station also so accordingly i did. Also i inform sbi card department they said submit transaction dispute form accordingly i filled and got reply it will take 120 days to solve this issue.
So accordingly after so may follow up mails done by my side today they mail me 👇🏻
The investigation for these transactions has been completed. _
*we confirm that the transactions are valid as they have been performed on card present transaction and have been authenticated by the pin number hence the liability for the transactions rests with cardholder.
Since the card is still in your possession, we urge you to clear the outstanding balance at the earliest to avoid further late fee and finance charges on your card account.
We are therefore closing the dispute from our end*
So i called up sbi card customer care but they are not interested to listen anything i called up 4 times and they disconnected my call 4times this type of service we are getting form sbi bank.& still i have not received call back from the sbi. So i approach cyber cell what happen about my complaint they said we have done 4 reminders dut bank is not responding if sbi card is not responding cyber cell so how they can reply me to investigation is completed.
So kindly help me in this dispute. Who is responsible for this thing.
I am totally i tired and frustrate with sbi card customer care, sbi charge back team. They are not even answering and giving status of raised dispute.
