I tried to generate otp for my new debit card through sms, ivrs and atm. But i have not received any otp yet. The home branch is not helping either. They are clueless about it. I am receiving all other transaction messages but not the pin generation message. This is highly unprofessional from such a leading bank. I am facing this problem for the last two weeks now. I want this problem to be resolved immediately. My bank account no is [protected].
