The manager is always sitting idle in his offfice showing off that he has lots of work to do but in reality he do nothing. They only approve the loan of their own people whom they know or from whom they'll get benefits. But they never give peroper information to other customers and never do their work properly. This bank is in meerut, kanker khera branch. He don't know anything i dont what actually is he doing over there. How is that person being appointed without any proper knowledge. Very disappointing and frustrating. First he said that no problem you'll get the loan on pension scheme in just one day. After submitting each and every document the manager is saying that you need a guaranter and denying from the the acceptance of genuin ppo (Family pension order). Just harrasing us for no cause.

Updated by Aashish V Rraj Now please you tell me if this not the paribarik pension pradhikar order then what is it ? Even the government employee who gave it to us from treasury he is also saying that this ia the only and genuine paper you need to submit. But, the manager is trying to fool us and avert the work. Running away from his responsibilities.
