State Bank Of India [SBI] — service and abusive behaviour | |||
Hello there, I am a customer of this bank since 35 years and have account in relincae branch vmd. I asked the account manager jyoti kumari at southern branch refinery to do entry in my passbook or just put barcode on it. But she refused without manners and insulted me infront of 20 people. I am a retired senior citizen person. This is not a way to talk your valuable customer. So please do take some strict steps against her. She would spoil the impression of this branch.
