State Bank Of India [SBI] — si failure charge credit in my account

Address:Bankura, West Bengal, 722132

My rd accounts is matured on 22th nov 2019 (Last instalment date 01.10.2019). But on 03.11.2019, rs.- 295.00x2=690.00 si failure charges are deducted from my account in this month. I don't understand why as i have the sufficient balance in my account. Kindly look into the matter and credit deducted amount in my account.
