Dear sir, i'm santosh kumar, my account no. is [protected], i requested for my concern but no any reply on your behalf, sir i purchased through pos on 31.12.2016 on that purchased my account is debited but no any account is credited, and sir i complained for this but sir after 50days of complain no any status & still refund not innitiated till now & your maximum time limit of 45 days is elapsed & your concern deptt. Still saying for wait, sir pls
tell me why should I still waiting for my money while your maximum time limit lapsed .thanq

Hi, I am Sujit Kumar Dey from Agartala Tripura residing at Dropgate ArundhutiNagar Agartala. An amount of Rs. 172.50/- haa been due to an OUT RETURN CHEQUE charges, I just want to know that recently the charges was Rs. 17/- but suddenly how come they charged me for an amount of Rs. 172/-????
On line payment property tax Transition failure. But the money is debited from account.

Dear Sir,
I bade on line payment for the following property tax.& APSPDCL. The transition failure message generated after the payment and thanking message from SBI for using the debit card. The money is deducted from my S/B account.

8.4.2017 On line payment Rs.1842 to GHMC against PTIN [protected]
8.4.2017 On line payment Rs 3491 to GHMC against PTIN [protected].
9.4.2017 On line payment Rs 175 to APSPDCL against Ser No.[protected]

I have made complaints to SBI S.R. Nagar branch where my SB account is operated after complaining personally and mails, ii) also sent my complaint to GHMC and APSPDCL. There is no response from any one including the SBI SR Nagar branch.

Dear Sir, as you are aware that the PM wants cashless transitions but the systems and agencys are not in co-operation.

I request all concerned to rectify the system and set right my payments immediately.
The GHMC sends lot of messages for property tax payments but the co-operation is nil in solving the problems.
