[Resolved]  State Bank Of India [SBI] — Stuck on "CIF is not scrutinized by LCPC"

From 8/11/2021 till now the SBI bank is not activated my account, i'm student, How can i pay fess and survive without my money that they just take it without any issue, but while i want to withdraw i cant event 1 Rs i cant because of "CIF is not scrutinized by LCPC" message.
