Sir, my a/c number [protected](sbi ) branch singaperumal koil, my electric bill rs 105 pay in card so amount debit in balance because transaction failed. order number165996.transaction number[protected].please refund Rs 105 amount.

we deposit cash own saving account in my branch after note bend, but bank debit Rs. is opposite Cash Deposit in my account, so please inform to me about bank charges of cash deposit regarding. we talk to my bank but no true answer.
