Hi am gowri sankaran,

On 10 jan 2019, i made a transaction using sbi anywhere upi, a sum of 1000 rs. sent to the beneficiary and amount was debited and the beneficiary was not credited yet. I visited the branch regarding this issue they told "I cant do anything" she called to someone and checked my account she raised a complaint too but she "the branch" too couldn't help me.
