Dear sir/madam

As per rbi guidelines all online users has to register their credit card/ debit card for online purchases. I use sbi atm cum debit card for most online purchases. The online website of sbi www.onlinesbi.com has a link for verified by visa link, which are meant for registering the atm cum debit card (As there is a different site for registering a credit card).

However this link which directs you to https://acs.onlinesbi.com/sbi/enrollment/enroll_welcome.jsp which offers state bank of india 3d-secure services. This however requires you to register. However the registration page does not take you anywhere but show you a 404 error.

I have trying with ie8, firefox, chrome, opera ad other browsers, but the same error of page not found emerges. To top it all the contact email seems to be inactive and mail never give reply (Gm. [protected]@sbi.co.in and sbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in) these both no reply came since hours and days.

This is pure incompetence on the part of sbi in maintaining e-services through their portals. Mails to sbi there is no response or solution. Its useless to phone the toll free number given in the site as some always answers these calls from the call centers. Please register these complaints so that sbi can inform and give much better services to its customers.

If sbi officials are not giving a solution today, i will be forced to take this matter to the obdisman/ court legally for a compensation for the loss i have got due to the loss of my time.

Note : another great fun is that the banking ombudsman complaint lodge web link is also not working. I feel like am top of the world. Thank you rbi and sbi for this international service.

The customer care execute dont know when it will be solved. You can check the call recording and find the silly reply they gave me. After i talk serous they gave mail id of gm sbi.

Since 3 days am waiting for reply from sbi officals and still nothing is happening.

I need to solve this issue asap so that i dont loss my value time waiting for your solutions which is not taken care in a time bond.
Hope you understand the seriousness of this issue and get back to me at the earliest.
