State Bank Of India [SBI] — worst service.. auto debit to lic not done | |||
I have sbi ac at krishnagiri main branch past 3 years my ac link with lic for auto debit lat 2 months my premium amount was not deducted i called to lic office and they replied its sbi branch mistake many people past two months have faced this problem.. Auto debit to lic policy number not done properly.. Simply its stated mandate cancelled... Regarding this matter i plan to contact sbi krishnagiri branch number which is shown in website. But nobody pick the call. Many time engaged.. Why adminstration gave land line phone to branch.. Nobody give proper response.. Nobody pics phone call.. Private banks give proper response over phone itself.. Suppose if we go to directly to branch means they refused to give proper response... Many times e corner not working if we ask y its not working means what can branch do... These kind of irresponsible reply we get... They are all misbehave with customers.. If it happens continuesly people will go with good service private bank... Authorities kindly take action. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have made a payment through union bank cheque on 24/04/2018, but you are not updated my amount in my credit card, I have all ready give you passbook
Copy with bank stamp but still now not updated then where is my money.
