[protected]@gmail.com Dear team sbi, I am sbi customer and struggling for updation of my mobile number from last more than 6 months. My home branch is sbi gadchiroli and i am working in pune. While approaching to pune sbi they are simply diverting me to home branch which is unbelievable. How come one customer will go to 1000 km for updation of mobile number whereas all other banks are allowing the same to any of it's branches. Need urgent help as this is very frustrating experience from biggest bank of india. If still this is un resolvable issue then kindly revert me on top most priority. Six month is too long time for mobile number updation looking for positive response. If i am ready to provide all my kyc documents and i am present in person at pune branch then why this is not doable is really unable to believe Was this information helpful? | |||||

I am having more than one lakh in my saving account even then bank is deducting charges for minimum balance.please let me know how to get back the money. Ian having multi option deposit account in which more than one lakh rupees have been maintained then why bank is deducting charges for minimum balance.
