I Dr harmanjot singh frequently visit state bank patiala bank ropar branch punjab for my mother;s passbook updation account no [protected] who is retd govt employee. All the time the ropar branch has something issue with updation machine none of the employee do updation they outrightly refuse n now today I lodge written complaint to the chief manager She dont entertain me properly instead of apolizising n feel her employes mistakes she lecture me abt who dont proper facilities of bank system blaah blaah n staff at state bank patiala ropar branch have became problem for every customer . Strict actions should be taken for proper n efficient functioning in this branch.
