I ordered Blue Colour Bluetooth wireless Ear Headphones from Club Factory. But the colour is sent to green. My order id is SO[protected] and I want to return this product. Please let me the procedure how to return and also full payment of Rs.898/- was paid to the concerned authorities by cash on delivery. Mar 2, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved My Order Number : SO265286449, I was Ordered Blue Colour Bluetooth wireless Head Phones. But they are sending Green Colour.
Please re-back and exchange the product for issue the same Blue Colour Bluetooth wireless Headphones instead of Green Colour (worth of Rs.798.97 + Rs.98.71 rounded to Rs.898-00).
