I had ordered a jiofi on 10th july 2020 and have not received it till date. I called all the customer care numbers but they are all invalid. I emailed them and received a reply the next day but it had no real information and i'm sure it's a fraudulent site. I would like my money back since i don't think i will receive the product.

Updated by Tanya Monisha Some of the complaints are resolved but there is no real resolution. It doesn't seem that they are returning the money or delivering the product but simply marking it as a resolved complaint.
