[Resolved] Stayclassy.in — Incorrect products received | |
I have ordered 3 phone covers on a website named stayclassy. I have made a payment of Rs-547 online for my orders because no cash on delivery option was available. Whenever I track my order it shows 'your order is processing'. I have made replacement of product but no update from the site recieved.order showing same product on the order.it is not showing replaced product .There customer care number is switched off. There email address is not valid .no response of customer support.How could I know the status of my order or else how could I get my refund? Was this information helpful? | |
