I have ordered a customised case for One plus Nord 2 on August 8 and the company claimed to deliver the product within 5-9 days but it has already been way above 9 days and I haven't received my order yet.I have tried to contact the company but the email and the phone number aren't reachable.I just need my order ASAP or atleast a refund.
