[Resolved] Stayclassy.in — amount charged but order not placed/confirmed | |||
I bought mobile cases total 13 numbers for my phones from their website on 23.07.2018 night for total value of rs. 1540/-. Money has been charged from my credit card and payment id is pay_acldaa6hhvudrp through razorpay at 11:24pm on 23.07.2018. I had generated the online support ticket as well with ticket id as 1693 on 24.07.2018 at 01:19am but till date no reply and also mailed to them on 24.07.2018 morning but till date no reply. Requested to either provide the order id of order placed or refund the money back so that i can place the fresh order. Kindly help. Was this information helpful? | |||
