[Resolved] Stayclassy.in — back cover issue

I have ordered a back cover on 11 january 2019 but it is still in process. I want to know when it will be shipped.
Payment was already done through paytm. My order number is 977314 it should be delivered by 16 jan as your max delivery period of 5-7 days but it is not showing any status of processing. Will u please give information about my order. When i called the on your number none of the number is available to take calls. Please update mi the status of my order
