I ordered and paid for a customized wall clock on 5.12.19.. i got a message on 6.12.19 that my order will be shipped within three days and now it says that the order no longer exists. in between I tracked it everyday but it stayed at the same place all the time. i like jokes but not where my money and product satisfaction are involved. if you can't deliver the product how can i get my refund?
