I had ordered a mobile cover in first week of April and I received the order on 5 June'19. The customer service didn't receive my calls, didn't reply to my emails and neither could I track my order. For almost half a month they didn't know that I had placed an order for a cover. Finally, when they did pick up my call, I was told that my payment was not completed even though it was completed from my end. After this I was told that now my order has been processed and I shall receive my order within 5-6 business days. Finally, after waiting for another month and calling on the customer care constantly, when I got in touch with them, my order was still not processed because their server was down for 3-4 days. After talking with their senior executive, my order was put for shipping..
