[Resolved] Stayclassy.in — did not receive my shipment till date despite ordering a month ago

I bought two cases from stay classy, and did not get any information regarding my order status or the shipment. I raised a ticket in their portal but did not get any response. There is no telephone number to call them nor does their customer care is responsive. My order number is 576162. I also have a payment reference that i can provide against the payment.

I have ordered iphone Back Cover on 26th october 2018 from Stayclass.in with order id 662942 for which payment of INR 199/- was made but the order is still processing and not shipped. Their helpline no is switched off and the customer support mail is sending auto generated reply no such mail id exists.
Please assist.

I have ordered iPhone X case in stayclassy.in and mainly I have done transaction from MobiKwik..transaction is done but there is no orders product yet..pls give a suggestion for me what to do now...
