For delivery of my parcel

I placed an order for 2 phone cases on september 9th. The order status still shows as processed. I tired reaching out to them through a mail and called on their customer service numbers. Those numbers are switched off. Also, i've payed for the order through my debit card looks, like a scam for me. Order #487030
Guys, if you can't ship the order then at least refund my money back. Or, if you really wanna survive in the market please ship the order. I've heard good reviews about you guys on insta don't # ruin it...
